Hey,
Does someone know at what time of the day it's best to do idoser?
or doesnt that have any influence?

That shouldn't have any influence on the dose.
The only thing that's important is that it has to be dark in your room, so you can focus on the dose.

time of day doesn't matter, your state of mind does. you have to be able to listen to the dose without getting distracted too much. doses work waaaay better when you close your eyes and listen carefully.
